南榮科大積欠教師薪資 高教工會盼解散董事會
108學年度全面停招的南榮科技大學，近期傳出積欠教師薪資，高教工會今天呼籲教育部立即介入、解散董事會。教育部表示，已要求7月底前資金必須到位，否則將令其停辦。
位於台南市的南榮科大，近年受到少子女化衝擊，招生註冊率表現不佳，教育部去年依法經私校諮詢會決議，停止108學年度南榮科大全部學制的招生。
高教工會今天在台北召開記者會，指校內還有1650位學生、88位專任教師，為保障師生權益，呼籲教育部立即依照「私校法」第25條，向法院聲請解散董事會，並改派公益董事。
今天出席記者會的南榮教職員代表指出，校方今年2月就有延遲發放薪資的狀況，5月分薪資至今仍發不出來。他並指南榮科大前校長黃聰亮販賣假學歷，已遭法院判決，但共同涉案的董事及行政團隊，卻宣稱不知情，至今仍居學校高層。
高教工會秘書長陳政亮表示，學校辦不下去時，國家應積極介入，換掉董事會，協助既有學生順利畢業，校產回歸公共。
對此，教育部技職司專門委員柯今尉受訪表示，南榮科大的案子，教育部一直有在處理，從最開始的停招部分科系，到108學年度全面停招，並要求今年7月資金必須到位，否則令其停辦，教育部將持續督促董事會。
柯今尉表示，依照「私校法」第25條規定，必須符合違反法令或捐助章程，導致學校無法正常運作等條件，教育部才能向法院聲請解團購人氣產品網路人氣產品top10除部分或全體董事職務。目前南榮科大是缺乏資金，前校長黃聰亮販賣假學歷案，法院判決是判個人，沒有指責其他董事會成員涉案，因此教育部很難據此聲請解散董事會。（中央社）

CPR Kids創辦人莎拉做了一個小實驗，呈現兒童吞下鈕扣電池的恐網購達人經典商品怖後果。左為示意圖/右圖擷自CPR Kids 分享 facebook 小朋友什麼都放入口，家長一定要小心！常有兒童誤吞鈕扣電池的事故發生，澳洲一個兒童急救課程機構進行實驗，用雞肉模仿經典產品最近流行商品人體，夾着一個鈕扣型電池，結果30分鐘後肉已出現黑印，4小時已開始腐蝕皮肉。關注電池使用安全的組織指出，許多父母沒留意不少設備都裝有鈕扣型電池，兒童可能拿來玩，所以提供多項建議讓家長注意，萬一兒童吞下鈕扣電池，應馬上送急診室。日前澳洲兒童急救課程機構「CPR Kids」創辦人莎拉(Sarah Hunstead)做了一個小實驗，呈現兒童吞下鈕扣電池的恐怖後果。她將一個鈕扣電池放於生雞肉上，30分鐘後雞肉出現黑印，4小時後雞肉除了有一片深黑色印記外，還出現腐蝕痕迹。她將照片放到臉書分享，呼籲家長關注，若孩子吞下電池，應視作緊急醫療情況。. } }); } 有一位網友看過照片後分享親身經驗，曾有家長稱兒子吞下鈕扣電池，但隔天才送他到兒童醫院，結果電池已經燒傷了他的胃壁和食道。除此之外，也有人質疑，為何政府不禁止廠商在兒童玩具內放入鈕扣電池。英國醫療保健安全調查處（HSIB）指出，電池只要接觸到潮濕表面，如喉嚨、鼻子等，會導致電池過年送禮推薦團購人氣商品釋放電流並產生化學反應，令周圍身體組織受損害，或導致嚴重的體內燒傷，使呼吸及吞嚥出現問題，極端情況下這些化學灼傷將會致命。2016年時，有一名叫弗朗西斯(Francesca Asan)的孩子，因吞下3D眼鏡的備用鈕扣電池而死亡，鈕扣電池隨處可見，保護孩子的最好方法是將這些物品放到孩子難以取得的地方，並檢查玩具是否有使用螺絲鎖死、無法拿出。關注電池使用安全的組織「The Battery Controlled」說，4歲以下兒童誤吞鈕扣電池的風險最高，澳洲每周約有4名兒童因此被送入急診室。口水會觸發電池的電流，在喉嚨中產生化學反應，導致嚴重燒傷，只要不到2小時便能燒傷食道，所以兒童可能會出現咳嗽、流口水等特徵。組織還說，若家長發現子女誤吞鈕扣電池，應立即送到急診室處治，並向醫護人員提供電池的相關資料，照X光前不可讓子女飲食，也不能強逼他們嘔出電池。英國兒童事故防治基金會(The Child Accident Prevention Trust)發布了鈕扣電池的使用原則：1. 將備用電池放在密封容器，最好放在可上鎖的高處櫃子內。2. 如果電池盒無法固定，不使用時應妥善收好或清空折扣電池。3. 將用完的電池盡快拿去回收。4. 避免買過於便宜的玩具，它們可能不符合安全規定，網購玩具時亦同。5. 督促較年長小孩誤食鈕扣電池的危險性，別讓他們拿給弟妹玩。延伸閱讀：【兒童急救】燙傷、燒傷要冰敷？ 專家教豉油、牙膏有用嗎華為手機炸傷用戶大腿？ 疑使用假電池惹禍 文章授權轉載自《香港01》
