商品訊息描述: 好康活動介紹 Translingual Narration is a study of colonial Taiwanese fiction, its translation from Japanese to Chinese, and films produced during and about the colonial era. It is a postcolonial intervention into a field largely dominated by studies of colonial Taiwanese writing as either a branch of Chinese fiction or part of a larger empire of Japanese language texts. Rather than read Taiwanese fiction as simply belonging to one of two discourses, Bert Scruggs argues for disengaging the nation from the former colony to better understand colonial Taiwan and its postcolonial critics.
Following early chapters on the identity politics behind Chinese translations of Japanese texts, attempts to establish a vernacular Taiwanese literature, and critical space, Scruggs provides close readings of short fiction through the critical prisms of locative and cultural or ethnic identity to suggest that cultural identity is evidence of free will. Stories and novellas are also viewed through the critical prism of class-consciousness, including the writings of Yang Kui (1906–1985), who unlike most of his contemporaries wrote politically engaged literature. Scruggs completes his core examination of identity by reading short fiction through the prism of gender identity and posits a resemblance between gender politics in colonial Taiwan and pre-independence India.

士林地方法院民事庭前法官陳梅欽，2個月應酬18次並浮報加班，涉嫌詐領6千多元加班費及14小時補休，司法院法官人事審議委員會將他移送監察院調查。監察院今年2月15日過陳梅欽的彈劾案，職務法庭今判陳免除法官職務，轉任法官以外之其他職務。陳梅欽（57歲）在司法院政風人員調查時承認參加宴飲，但解釋「都是同學、親戚、朋友。」他已於去年8月3日辭職。監察院彈劾主因是陳多次不實申報加班，且在2012年9月11日下班宴請部屬餐敘席間，對女部屬言語騷擾，而且還有當場解開衣扣顯露胸肌、勸部屬喝酒、打通關等冒犯舉止。. } }); } 當時有2人被灌醉，其中一人因不勝酒力而大吐，另他口頭騷擾2名女職員，兩女日後在職場上感到很有壓力。監院認為陳對「利用權勢關係」的區辨意識不明，法官地位備受尊重，這樣的舉止顯然不當，有損法官尊嚴、形象。陳梅欽曾就讀陸軍官校二年制專科班，服役8年半退伍，考上輔大法律系，是司法官訓練所33期結業。2005年時，陳梅欽被檢舉性侵兩名女網友，但司法院調查，陳以結婚為由，和兩名女網友發生親密關係，還涉嫌對一名只見面兩次的女網友襲胸，在「男蟲黑名單」網站限時商品活動商品上被討論，不過沒有女網友指控遭侵害，陳也刪除電腦資料，無法確定是情投意合還是性侵。由於陳梅欽的行為和一般法官單純社交生活不同，當時司法院長翁岳生希望陳辭職或調福建連江地院，但士林地院自律委員會處理結論是「由院長口頭告誡」，司法院人審會後來改記一大過處分。之後，陳梅欽就遭列管，但頻繁應酬的風聲仍時有所聞，司法院陸續接獲檢舉。政風人員經長期蒐證，發現陳晚上常外出應酬卻報「加班」或「補休」。據指出，前年12月、去年1月，他被拍到18場應酬，涉浮報22小時加班，領到8小時共6千多元加班費及14小時補休。同事眼中的陳梅欽情緒管理不佳，司機、法警都有人被他罵過，開評價周年慶庭也曾罵過當事人，常推薦商品便宜將工作丟給助理結婚送禮推薦送禮推薦，並發生人在國外還可以結案的狀況。職務法庭依法官法第50條第3款判陳「免除法官職務，轉任法官以外之其他職務」，仍可擔任律師。陳現為律師，但依律師法第37條規定，至2021年8月10日止，不得於士林地院執行業務。士林地方法院民事庭前法官陳梅欽，2個月應酬18次並浮報加班，涉嫌詐領6千多元加班費及14小時補休，且言語騷擾女職員，還在餐宴席間解衣「露胸肌」，職務法庭今判陳免除法官職務，轉任法官以外之其他職務。記者王宏舜／攝影 分享 facebook

台中市賴姓女子是手機直播軟體「MeMe直播」的直播主，賴女活動商品開箱文指控蔡姓男子透過該軟體認識她後，加入她的LINE帳號，因蔡在直播時擾亂秩序，遭管理員踢出直播間，蔡因而不滿，在前年10月間，透過LINE傳訊「我要叫人打你」的訊息給賴女，賴女將訊息截圖後，報警處理，警方循線通知蔡到案，但蔡辯稱，從未加入過該手機直播交友平台，且臉書、LINE帳號遭盜用，台中地院審理後，認為無法排除折扣折扣蔡帳號遭盜用可能性，判蔡無罪。判決書指出，手機軟體「MeMe直播」的直播主賴姓女子指控，她因為該軟體平台而加入蔡姓男子的LINE通訊軟體ID，但因蔡擾亂直播秩序，被踢出她的直播間，疑因蔡因而心生不滿，涉嫌在前年10月18日中午12時許，透過LINE傳訊給賴女「我要叫人打你」、「白目」、「我叫我台中朋友出抓你」等訊息，賴女因心生恐懼，報警法辦。. } }); } 警方循線找到蔡姓男子到案，蔡矢口否認涉案，辯稱他從未加入「MeMe直播」網路交友平台，也未傳送恐嚇訊息給賴女，他因為臉書、LINE無法登入，才知道帳戶被盜用。台中地院審理時認為，根據證據可以認定蔡使用的手機與LINE帳號，就是涉嫌恐嚇賴女的門號與帳號，不過電話門號或LINE通訊軟體是供聯絡使用，知悉被告此門號、LINE帳號、ID的人，都可加以盜用；且從網路科技盛行後，因網路無遠弗屆，而犯罪網路熱銷產品限定產品手法又不時推陳出新，致以類似「駭客」手法侵入他人名義所開設之臉書或LINE帳戶，或逕植入「木馬程式」以竊取他人之帳號、密碼使用或用以犯罪之事，時有所聞。法官認為，不能排除該涉案ID是遭人盜用的可能性，蔡究暢銷排行 超人氣產品竟有無恐嚇危害安全犯行，仍有合理懷疑，無從形成蔡有罪確信，且也沒有其他積極證據證明蔡涉案，因此判蔡無罪，全案可上訴。台中市賴姓女子是網路直播主，她指控一名網友涉嫌傳送恐嚇訊息，但台中地院審理後，認為無法排除帳號遭盜用可能性，判該名網友無罪。圖／摘自臉書MeMe直播 分享 facebook
